After getting off birth control I was curious to learn how to cycle sync and learn more about my body and family planning. After learning & training calls from Amber, I was able to differentiate the types of mucus my body was creating and the WHY it was occurring. Amber was always a text or call away to answer my questions or have recommendations with no judgement, which I really appreciated because all bodies are different and respond in different ways. I will definitely be tracking/observing in the future and (hopefully) be able to start a family with the help of learning these things about my body.

Working with Amber throughout the last 3 months have been genuinely life-changing - this felt like a true coming-of-age experience! Which, as a woman who started menstruating before I hit double digits, is shocking. Learning how to properly track and chart my period for the FIRST TIME at the age of 22 made me realize how disconnected I was to my cycle, and how crucial this knowledge is for all women.

I would've never learned what I did from my time with Amber at school, or even a doctor (unless they were willing to school me for three months). I think it's ESSENTIAL that every woman spend time learning and tracking their cycles with Amber, and can't recommend her services enough!
